UTAH HOME INSPECTIONS

The right inspection for every stage of homeownership.

Buying. Selling. Building. Maintaining. Understand your home today and plan confidently for tomorrow.

Look beyond the walkthrough.

Buying a home is likely one of the largest financial decisions you will ever make. Most of us would look under the hood and take a test drive before buying a car. Yet many buyers choose a far more expensive home after little more than a walkthrough. Fresh paint and a beautiful kitchen reveal little about the roof, attic, plumbing, electrical system or heating and cooling equipment.

A professional inspection provides an independent evaluation of visible and accessible systems and components. It can help you understand safety concerns, plan repairs and maintenance, and discuss significant findings before closing when your purchase agreement allows. Even new homes can have incomplete work, installation problems or items the builder missed. Know the home. Understand the investment. Buy with confidence.
